1.) One must love people. In network marketing one truly must love to teach and help others.

you do not have to change whatever you are doing presently in the beginning.

6.) A person who is comfortable with themselves, a person really has to believe in themselves and feel at ease with who they are.

7.) A person who is a story teller because network marketing really becomes one big story telling experience of how a person got healthier or made more money than they ever thought possible.

8.) A person who is health-minded and likes helping others achiever better health.

9.) Someone who loves and sees the value of Network Marketing. Network marketing is an industry in its teenage phase. It has developed each year into something even better than it was, it has improved immensely over the years and people keep thinking of better and better things.

17.) An understanding of the Law of Attraction is a wonderful thing to have because you already know how powerful you are and that it is just a matter of time that you attract the perfect people to work with.

18.) A person who takes one step at a time in their business. Sometimes people can get thrown off track if they take too many steps at once. It can backfire and so it is important to fully grasp each step before going on to the next.

19.) Someone who knows how to go with the flow of things and also thrives on helping create great things.

20.) Someone who wants to know more and more about health and wellness and all of its aspects. When working with others sometimes they need emotional help in something they are working on. This too is an important aspect of health.

Keep the Main Thing on the Main Thing

1. Time wasters: spending time looking at your genealogy, checking emails many times a day, computer, email, making a colorful signature file, making a list of people who you never call, straightening up my office, getting ready to get ready etc.

2. Check in with your sponsor every day and report on: How many people did you talk to today? TALKING TO PEOPLE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS IS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE MONEY: people at our grocery store, hair dressers, gym people, yoga classes, people at work, people on the internet.

3. Following up with people who you have presented material to.

4. The reason we spend time on these time wasting activities is because it is more comfortable than doing the calls.

5. Only check email at certain times say at 10:00 and 2:00 and 7:00 pm, instead of 15 times a day.

6. Have a timer and use it to monitor activities: ex. 20 min to check and answer emails.

7. Set an appointment with yourself to make your calls.

8. Put people's names on your calendar when you are going to call them ie. Mary at 7:00, Beth at 7:30 etc. and put their phone numbers in your address book.

9. Put these in your book the night before and the universe helps you prepare for it.

10. Suggested readings: Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill. Chapter 2 is particularly good.

11. Larry Lanteri in THE Isagenix back office talks about how this business takes time to build. Listen to it.

12. A network marketing company is a vehicle that can bring us wealth and we have to stick to it…..give it at least 2 years to really build momentum in a huge way. Most people do not do well in Network marketing because they stop.

13. At first it can seem effortless and if you:

"Just stick with it and at some time this business will run away from you it will be so amazing" by Jimmy Smith (top money earner at this point).

14. If your self-esteem is an issue when getting motivated to call someone, just stand up and talk yourself into it before you make the call.

Some people say FEAR is "false evidence appearing real" but I say that before one acts, you should feel good about it. Be in a good feeling place.

15. Close your eyes and think about what your life will be like in 5 years from now if you see your telephone as a 500 lb machine that keeps you from calling people. The only way to make your goals come true 5 years from now is to make those calls.

16. What will your life be like 5 years from now, if I make all of those calls and connections. I accept this new future.

17. If your computer is a problem then turn it off while you make your calls.

18. The law of sowing and reaping by Jim Roan (he is in Network Marketing)… is at play here in this work. The more seeds you sow the more you reap. Some people are just plan not interested and that is OK… Some of the people you invite them and they say they are going to be there and you say maybe the birds got them… and then others sign up and then get discouraged by others… and then some sign up and only do the business half heartedly and if we just spend some with them and nourish them they will become very fertile. And it is important to continue to believe in them… and some people want to take off right away and they run the whole time with excitement…

This is just how it works… the universe works this way…

Shannon,

Fantastic questions and by no means are
you dead in the water. You just have to
think a little bit differently about how
you introduce people to your
opportunity.

In all honesty, just sending people to
your companies website to learn about
your product line isn’t going to win you
many sales anyway, so it’s really more
of an non issue than you may think.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it
again. People don’t join opportunities,
they join people.

Therefore nothing that you do on the
front end of your business even needs to
ever mention your company. Let me
explain . . .

Your best prospects will always be the
doers like you. The people striving for
success.

What do doers look for?

Information and guidance.

This is all your business on the front
end should provide. People will join you
because they “know” and you’ve proven
you can help them, not because your moon
juice is cooler than the next companies.

So on the front end, do what I do.

Create your own newsletter. Your own
lead capture page. Communicate daily.

If you get adventurous create a front
end product that solves one of your
prospects major concerns.

1. Getting more leads 2. Making more
money 3. Recruiting without rejection

Allow them to purchase it from you and
then . . .

Once all your marketing costs are paid
for by your profits, on the back-end
give you your customers a call.

Ask how you can be of further service,
naturally they’ll be inquisitive as to
what else you’re up to.

There, right there, is the time you
bring up your back end company.

You may say, but “Daegan I can’t create
a product.”

I have two answers for you.

Yes you can and you don’t even need a
product to recruit online. It just makes
it easier.

Even if you were just to create your own
list online. Share stories and marketing
strategies daily, and as a call to
action at the end of your message you
said something like:

“If you’d like some personal help give
me a call between 4pm and 8pm tonight at
XXX-XXXX I’ll be in the office to help”

You’ll have people ringing your phone
off the hook all day and night. Trust me
on that one.

See how we never even bring up our
company online following this
methodology? Well, that’s exactly why
you’re in no way shape or form dead in
the water.
